"The Fine Print"

In addition to the above rates, there is a one time reservation fee of $35 and Hawaii state tax of 17.962%. There is a $220 cleaning fee ($230 for reservations with check out dates in 2025) for one bedroom units. Subject to availability, there is no charge to change dates within 48 hours of making a reservation, but a minimum $35 fee for minor changes made after 48 hours.

Notice: Rates for one bedroom units are for up to 2 people. 3rd and 4th persons in the unit are $25/nt for adults and $15/nt for persons under 18.

THIS IS A HAWAII TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS GOVERNED BY HAWAII LAW. HAWAII TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS TAXES MUST BE PAID ON THE GROSS RENTS COLLECTED BY AN OPERATOR FROM ANY PERSON RENTING HAWAII TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS. HAWAII LAW ALSO PROVIDES FURTHER REQUIREMENTS OF A TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS OPERATOR
