The kitchen peninsula has a six-foot eating ledge with two barstools.

The living room has a tropical rattan sofa with a matching loveseat and large comfy armchair with ottoman. There is also a large 55" flat-screen LCD HD color TV with HD cable box, DVR, Blu-ray player, surround sound receiver, and multi-speed ceiling fan.

The dining area has a round rattan glass table with 4 matching tropical armchairs with a ceiling fan/light above.

This bedroom also has a full bathroom, including a custom enclosed glass shower with a massage head shower system, complete with a handheld wand/massager. There is an over-height vanity with granite countertop and an elongated toilet.

This condo is fully equipped with fresh linens and towels, a hairdryer, iron/ironing board. All units have beach towels and a cooler. Umbrellas and snorkel gear are not supplied but are often left behind in the units by other guests—no guarantees. The Kihei Surfside office loans out beach chairs free of charge during regular business hours—Monday to Saturday. The office is closed Sundays and Holidays.

The unit has free, wireless high-speed internet and free long-distance calling to the United States and Canada. It is also equipped with a state-of-the-art Oracode door lock, whereby each guest is issued a unique code that controls the door only during their stay. No keys!
