 This suite is a large 2-bedroom, 2 bath luxury unit and was completely remodeled and refurnished in September 2020.  All the furnishings and decor were professionally selected by a local interior design company.  This is our second home and we ask that all guests be adults and no more than 4 occupants. 

 The gourmet kitchen is a joy to cook in.  It is fully equipped with Professional Series stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, flat top stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, garbage disposal and under cabinet lighting.  There is a large selection of professional cookware, small appliances and dishes from Williams and Sonoma.

 The living room has a large sectional with a chaise and two swivel chairs to take in the view.  There is also a wall mounted flat screen TV, Blue-ray player and multi speed koa wood ceiling fan.

There are many choices for eating; the expansive 8-foot quartz bar, dining table or sit outside on the patio and watch the abundant wildlife.

 Both bedrooms are en suite.  The master bathroom has a full-size walk-in shower, over height vanity with quartz countertops and comfort height toilet.  The guest bathroom boasts a custom enclosed glass shower, over height quartz vanity and comfort height toilet. 

 Both bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen televisions.  Queen beds with designer bedding from Pottery Barn and beautiful koa wood multi speed ceiling fans.

 This unit is fully equipped with fresh high-end linen and towels, iron, hairdryers and beach towels.  This is an excellent choice for guests who are looking for a premium oceanfront accommodation with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
