"The Fine Print" In addition to the above rates, there is a one time reservation fee of $35 and Hawaii state tax of 17.962%. There is a $275 cleaning fee ($285 for reservations with check out dates in 2025) for two bedroom units. Subject to availability, there is no charge to change dates within 48 hours of making a reservation, but a minimum $35 fee for minor changes made after 48 hours. Notice: Rates for two bedroom units are for up to 4 people. 5th & 6th persons in the unit are $25/nt per person THIS IS A HAWAII TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS GOVERNED BY HAWAII LAW.
